“Especial Salad”

My earthly husband never liked vegetables, but my Heavenly Husband has given me recipes like this for him to eat and enjoy. Now he frequently talks to his co-workers about the delicious salads at home and those who have eaten these salads at our house always ask me for the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Salad Ingredients400 g shrimp 
  •   cucumber 
  • 1/2  Smooth or curly parsley 
  • 500 g mix of vegetables (peas, carrots, cobs) 
  • 1  apple 
  • 1 tbsp salt 
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice 
  • 3 tsp mayonnaise 
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard 
  • 1  handful of pecans 
  • 1  handful of almonds 
  • 1  handful of walnuts 
  • Green tortillas Ingredients1 cups oatmeal or rolled oats 
  • 1 cups chopped spinach 
  • 2  eggs 

Instructions

Step 1

Cook the vegetables in boiling water with sea salt, bay leaf and onion.

Step 2

In the same water add 1 more teaspoon of sea salt and boil the shrimp for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Let all the ingredients cool down and mix with the mayonnaise, a little pepper, the Dijon mustard, the lemon, place the nuts in the processor and add in pieces.

Mix everything in the blender.

Step 5

Place a sufficient quantity in a frying and hot pan and wait for it to brown on one side and then on the other.

Step 6

It can be served separately or as Mexican tacos.
