Ingredients
- 1 kg black beans
- 100 g dried meat
- 70 g pork ear
- 70 g pork tail
- 70 g pig’s feet
- 100 g pork ribs
- 50 g pork loin
- 100 g paio (pork sausage or any sausage)
- 150 g sausage
- Seasoning2 large chopped onions
- 1 bunch of finely chopped green onions
- 3 bay leaves
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 Black pepper to taste
- 1 or 2 oranges
- 1/2 Salt if needed
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the meat for 36 hours or more, change the water several times, if it is hot or summer, place ice on top or in cold layers.
Step 2
Place to cook step by step: the hard meats, then the soft meats.
Step 3
When soft, add the beans and remove the meat.
Step 4
Finally season the beans.
