Come and try this delicious Brazilian recipe!!

Ingredients

  • 1 kg black beans 
  • 100 g dried meat 
  • 70 g pork ear 
  • 70 g pork tail 
  • 70 g pig’s feet 
  • 100 g pork ribs 
  • 50 g pork loin 
  • 100 g paio (pork sausage or any sausage) 
  • 150 g sausage 
  • Seasoning2  large chopped onions 
  • 1  bunch of finely chopped green onions 
  • 3  bay leaves 
  • 6  cloves of garlic 
  • 1/2  Black pepper to taste 
  • 1 or 2  oranges 
  • 1/2  Salt if needed 

Instructions

Step 1

Soak the meat for 36 hours or more, change the water several times, if it is hot or summer, place ice on top or in cold layers.

Step 2

Place to cook step by step: the hard meats, then the soft meats.

Step 3

When soft, add the beans and remove the meat.

Step 4

Finally season the beans.

Step 5

Accompaniments: Cabbage, white rice, orange, chops, farofa, bacon, 

crackling, sausage, and seasoned broth
