It's time to JOURNAL.
Begin Journaling as you would in your diary by simply telling your Heavenly Father all that is on your heart and how each story, each chapter, has helped you.
Start Journaling like so many who changed the world:
- Thomas Jefferson (who invented the lightbulb)
- Leonardo da Vinci (who invented the "flying machine," parachute, and the designs found in his journals were used to invent the helicopter)
- Anne Frank (a girl just like you who hid in the Netherlands when the Naxis were looking for and killing the Jews).
Your journal is simply a way of telling your Heavenly Father all that is on your heart and how this story has helped you and made you think.
Journals often begin by being private.
However, we hope you lovingly share parts of your journal in the comments to encourage girls and boys worldwide.
You can be transparent and private by using your BNN to protect your true identity.
At the bottom of each chapter, you can leave a comment—parts of your private journal.
If you ask Him, He will show you what to say, how much to share, and how much you should keep hidden, cherishing these thoughts in your heart, just like Mary, the mother of our Savior.
"But Mary kept all these things and pondered them in her heart" (Luke 2:19).
"And his mother kept all these words in her heart" (Luke 2:51).
If this is your first journal, stop now to get Your BNN "Brand New Name." Ask your mother or father to help you since your parents may also use a BNN—a name used for ministering.
I am sure you are very excited to start, and we are very excited to hear from you. So, carefully read each question in the journal for each course/chapter.
God Bless you!
