“In my distress I called upon the LORD,
Yes, I cried to my God;
And from His temple He heard my voice,
And my cry for help came into His ears.”
—2 Samuel 22:7
Adina Jacobs, our Love at Last Minister, is sharing her personal experience with the amazing resource of Restore Your Relationships!!
When we are hurt and feeling anger where do we run to? Our emotions are tricky we must go to the Lord always!!
This chapter is a constant reminder that He must seek only Him!! We will always get hurt but He is the only one who can truly heal us and help us to forgive and move on!
Thank you for sharing this!! We wrongly seek healing on the person who hurts us! That is never possible.
Be blessed by this chapter
Thank you for sharing Isabella, yes we need to run to our Heavenly Husband with everything. When we are hurt or upset we must go to our prayer closet and be alone with Him. And we must stay there until all emotions attached is gone. If the emotions are gone we do not need to fight or confront whoever, and if they want to talk about it, we can do so without the emotions which so often cause more hurt and anger. He is the only one Who can truly comfort us, give us peace and joy, and can do anything in the situation.
