Three ingredient microwave cheesecake

I love making this cheesecake because it’s so easy and fast, and DELICIOUS. I can’t remember where I got the recipe, but it only takes 3 ingredients and couple of minutes in the microwave!

Ingredients:
Crust:
1 packet or 200 gram cookies (I use oat biscuits, but you can use coconut biscuits as well)
120 gram melted butter

Filling:
500 ml Double Cream Plain Yoghurt (You can also use flavoured yoghurt for variety)
1 tin condensed milk

Method:
1. Grease a medium microwave safe dish (I use Spray and Cook, but you can also use butter or oil)
2. Crush the cookies in a Zip Loc bag with a rolling pin until it is crumbed
3. Mix the butter with the crumbs
4. Press crumb mixture into the dish to form a crust.

5. Mix the yoghurt and condensed milk and pour over the crust.
6 Microwave on high for about 4-6 minutes.
7 Remove the cheesecake and let it cool down. The mixture will set as it cools.
8. Leave for at least 2 hours to cool.

You can decorate it with fruit / fruit pulp or lemon zest.

  1. I was just speaking to my Husband about finding a recipe for cheesecake! Thank you for sharing Adina!

  2. My dear Adina this looks super easy but I don´t have a microwave, could you help me to find one to do it in the oven?

    1. I do have an oven bake cheesecake recipe, it’s not exactly 3 min and has a lot more ingredients, I make it once in a while but will share it next week.

I also have a no bake “cheesecake” recipe, but it’s more like a fridge tart, but will share it as well.

  3. Thank you for sharing this lovely recipe Adina, I remember making it years ago and had forgotten about it. I just said now to my son, we must make it again, and it’s such a easy recipe, the kids can also make it.
