New Season of Homeschooling

Today i started writing down in my notebook the things that im grateful and thankful for… It started with :

Today is the very last day that l will drop off and pick up my son from school. I no longer need to make this school trip.

My daughter has 2 years left of school so she will complete high school so l still need to take and fetch her from school but her school is in our area and its a quick 5 min drive.

Yesterday l was called in to see my sons teacher. She let me know that my son has failed grade 3 which did not come as a surprise at all because HE already worked it out for GOOD 🙌

We spoke and when l told her he will be homeschooled she was so delighted and said she is so glad as its tough as teachers to help kids individually in the areas where they struggle.

Today concludes the end of a season and next year we start a new season of homeschooling.

  1. Dear Atarah, our Beloved has certainly already prepared everything for his son to study homeschooling next year. I praise the Lord that your son can be home and you can enjoy his presence longer.
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.”

  2. He already has a plan for you and your son and the outcome will bw wonderful since he makes allt things to work out for good for us

  3. Atarah, I’m excited for your son’s homeschooling journey. He has prepared everything, and I know He will be with you every step of the way. Yay!

  4. Dear Atarah
So happy for you and your kids. PTL 🤗

[28] And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.

  5. Thank you so much for sharing this Atarah, I was also called in about 3 weeks ago about my son, not because he is failing, but because he disrupts the class (well he says it’s his friend but he always gets blamed because his friend’s parents are very rich and contributes a lot to the school 🤷🏻‍♀️).

I got the opposite reaction about homeschooling, the teacher tried to convince me not to homeschool, but I only told her that we will see how their HF works it out because He will, I know it. She asked me if I ever homeschooled before or if I am a qualified teacher, to which I answered “No, but my HH will guide me and that I trust in Him because I am going to do it with Him.”

    1. Adina l just got a phone call now from the HOD… Me and his school teacher are on the same page. But it seems like the HOD for my sons grade met with the Regional for DOE Dept. of Education. They passed him even tho his teacher failed him 😕

She told me its due to the fact that his maths marks are excellent, we must have him assessed… Homeschooling is not a proper education, i must think of his future career, university etc.. can only be his HF that directed you to comment today… When l would receive the call… to make me doubt our decision…

He just placed in my heart this is a spiritual battle for my son and if theres so much backlash against homeschooling then His HF must have an amaaaazing plan for my sons life 🙌 and all of us that are homeschooling our children 🙌
